I am a father to four, co-creator, men’s work facilitator, energy worker and brother. I have walked the paths so many of us walk - addiction, ego driven seeker, crime. I have invited death as an escape, I have suffered and caused suffering. I have learned through mistakes and I have found faith in the depths of my despair

I have been a witness to death as well as birth and through all of this, I have found myself anchored in love, the land and in my own vessel
